Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support resident care across the branch, ensuring daily needs are met with compassion and preserving dignity. This role helps residents live life to the fullest under guided care plans.

We offer full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products; pay is available daily and 401(k) with employer match. Starting wage is $16.75 per hour with potential advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Know residents served and follow care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch leadership when resident needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.

Qualifications

• An active CNA License in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
