All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks Certified Caregivers to provide in-home care in Ellensburg, WA. You will support daily living activities, meals, safety, and transportation, while delivering compassionate companionship and reliable care to clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs housekeeping and household support activities.
• Offers companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Administers medications as delegated per state regulations.
• Assists with passive range of motion when credentialed.
• Reports changes in client condition to care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

External Job Description

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
