Bickford Senior Living in Central City, NE is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassionate daily care and dignity, following individual care plans and collaborating with the branch team.

The role offers full-time schedules with benefits beginning after 30 days, daily pay options, and a path to growth within a supportive, family-like environment that values quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take additional state-required training.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Certified Caregiver! The Certified Caregiver supports resident care within the branch, ensuring that Resident’s daily needs are met in a compassionate way that maintains their dignity, allowing them to live their life to the fullest!

• Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)
• Part-time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term Disability,
• Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Identity Protection, and Cyber Monitoring
• Benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
• Prescription savings plans
• All employees are eligible for 401(k) with employer match
• Pay available daily
