Job summary

Qualicare Homecare in Orange County Central, CA is seeking compassionate Certified Care Aides/Caregivers to join our team. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation support to clients in their homes.

The role offers flexible shifts (4–12 hours), opportunities for advancement, and ongoing education. A valid Certified Care Aide certificate or equivalent, TB test or chest X-ray, reliable internet/phone access, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray is required.
• Ability to travel around location territory is required.
• Access to internet or mobile phone is required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication assistance/reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Follow care-plan and document/chart as needed
