Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a dynamic Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our mission-driven clinical team in Longview, Washington. This role involves implementing ABA therapy programs and collecting session data while maintaining strong communication with families.

We here at Empower Behavior Solutions ABA are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to become an integral part of our mission‑driven clinical team. Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
  supervision across home, school, and center-based
  settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check‑in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working
  with children with developmental disabilities
• Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session
  documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
  supporting the autism community
