Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, A/C, brakes, and front-end work.
• ASE and Ford certifications are a big plus (and we’ll help you get them if you don’t have them yet).
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and integrity.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• A problem-solver mindset with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Run full bumper-to-bumper diagnostics with precision and confidence
• Repair and maintain brake systems, suspension, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Perform complex diesel and transmission work (for advanced specialists)
• Service cutting-edge hybrid and electric vehicles
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates to keep things moving smoothly
• Stay up to date with the latest factory training and follow all safety protocols
• Take pride in your bay—treat it like it’s your own shop.
