Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport is seeking an experienced automotive technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and competitive flat-rate pay with access to Mercedes-Benz training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and advanced vehicle systems.
• Mercedes-Benz certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs per factory standards and dealership policies.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional service recommendations.
• Diagnose drivability, performance, and electrical concerns using diagnostic equipment.
• Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Document repair procedures, diagnostics, and recommended services accurately.
• Maintain productivity and quality while delivering excellent workmanship.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure timely repairs.
• Participate in Mercedes-Benz training and stay current with evolving vehicle technologies.
• Adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
