Job summary

Balise Motor Sales seeks a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our family-owned dealership group. You will perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to dealership and factory standards, while focusing on production and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work in a modern, climate-controlled facility with an experienced team and ongoing factory training. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• The highest levels of quality and pride in what you do.
• A desire for your income to increase with your production.
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.
