Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- ASE Certification required, high school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity and steady hand for precise work
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with electronic diagnostics
- Excellent customer service and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and quality
- Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C)
- Communicate with Service Advisor about needed additional work and time estimates
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
