Qualifications

• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns.
• Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times.
• Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and work area.
• Diligent about driver safety and obey all federal, state and local law.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments.
• Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer.
