Job summary

The Corvallis Clinic, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer/Orthopedic Assistant to collaborate with sports medicine providers in delivering high-quality care in Oregon’s mid-Willamette Valley.

You will assist with prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation, while supporting physicians in patient rooming, education, and care planning. A strong team approach and commitment to patient outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field.
• NATA certification and Oregon licensure eligibility.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in health care delivery including prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and outreach, mainly for outreach ATC.
• Support MD/DO with patient rooming, history, post-operative care, and education; assist with supplies, casting, DME, injections, and follow-up.
• Communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate care across the clinic.
