Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Injury Prevention Specialist/ATC to provide on-site injury prevention services at Boston Logan International Airport. You will cover an industrial client under the direction of a Program Manager, delivering prevention services including assessments, ergonomics, and education.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Athletic Training with NATA-BOC certification and state licensure where required, plus at least one year of athletic training experience and CPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training.
• NATA-BOC Board Certification.
• Applicable state license where required.
• Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer.
• CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.

Responsibilities

• On-site coverage for an industrial client under the direction of Account/Program Manager.
• Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location.
• Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort.
• Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions.
• Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise, and stretching.
• Job coaching and behavior modification, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics.
• Office ergonomics.
• Health and wellness consultation.
• Documentation and reporting on employee encounters.
• Regular communication with both client and Select leadership.

Location: Boston Logan International Airport

Type of Employment: PerDiem/PRN

Schedule: Hours vary as needed

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00, hourly, based on years of experience

Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking a PRN Injury Prevention Specialist/ATC in an industrial health setting. This position will be providing on-site injury prevention services at Boston Logan International Airport in Boston, MA.
