• Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location.
• Assessment, triage, and first aid for workplace injury/discomfort.
• Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions.
• Design and implementation of functional assessments and preventative exercises.
• Job coaching and behavior modification for individuals and groups.
• Education and training on injury prevention topics; office ergonomics and wellness.
• Documentation and reporting of employee encounters; regular communication with client and Select leadership.

Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist/ATC in an industrial health setting. This position will supporting industrial personnel on-site in West Shore - Harrisburg, PA.

Position:Certified Athletic Trainer - Injury Prevention Specialist

Location: 160 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601 (Physical work location will be West Shore Harrisburg)

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays (hours vary)

Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000, annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $5,000 Sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training
• National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification
• Applicable state license where required
• Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer
• CPR certification
• Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Master's Degree in Athletic Training
  • Industrial Health experience
