Job summary

Elios Healthcare is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer assigned to one high school in Newton, Henry, or Fayette County. You’ll provide injury prevention, care, and rehabilitation for student-athletes across all sports, including football and track.

The role involves covering home games, some travel to away games, and collaborating with coaches and healthcare providers to ensure athlete safety. A strong clinical background and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer.
• BOC Certification and Georgia state licensure.
• CPR/AED certification for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in athletic training or related field.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Overview

Join a winning team as a Certified Athletic Trainer assigned to one high school only in Newton, Henry, or Fayette County. You’ll work with all sports at that school, from football to track, providing student-athletes with top-level injury prevention, care, and rehabilitation.

One of our schools has multiple state championships in football, so you may find yourself on the sidelines of a championship team!
