Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BOC certification required.
• Wisconsin Athletic Trainer License required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive injury prevention initiatives.
• Provide job coaching and employee education on safe work practices.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to reduce injury risks.
• Perform postural and body mechanics evaluations.
• Facilitate successful return-to-work programs for injured employees.
• Collect and track program utilization data, outcomes, and metrics.
• Prepare cost comparison analyses and reporting.
• Maintain accurate injury records and documentation.
• Support wellness and injury prevention program promotions.

We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting employee health, injury prevention, and occupational wellness within an industrial environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Participate in case management and early injury intervention programs
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive injury prevention initiatives
• Provide job coaching and employee education on safe work practices
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to reduce injury risks

Schedule

• Full -Time: 40 hours per week
