Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate and certified as an Activity Director as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrates creativity and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Document activity programs and maintain detailed records of participation.
• Perform resident activity histories and assessments per standards.
• Publish and distribute a monthly calendar of events and newsletters.
• Develop and maintain a volunteer program to support activities.
