The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with state-certified Activity Director credentials, showing creativity, clear communication, and strong organization. Experience developing resident care plans within budget is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; State regulations require certification as an Activity Director.
• Demonstrates excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Document Activity Programs: Maintain detailed records of activity programs and resident participation, identifying progress toward established care plan goals.
