Qualifications
- Current Activities Director Certification is required.
- Experience developing Activities Program in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Prior experience in activities programming is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead the community's activity program for residents with diverse abilities.
- Supervise the activity staff and coordinate scheduling.
- Develop and implement engaging activities; adapt to changing needs.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication with residents and families.
