The role supports comprehensive stroke care and advanced cranial neurosurgery across the Sutter Valley hospitals, with a unified call panel and potential cranial/trauma call at Sutter Roseville depending on interests and system needs.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
• Fellowship training or equivalent in open cerebrovascular surgery and/or skull base surgery
• Experience with low-frequency, high-acuity cranial cases
• Interest in collaborative, team-based care within an integrated health system
• Participation in a unified neurosurgery call panel
• Possible cranial and trauma call at Sutter Roseville Medical Center depending on needs

Responsibilities

• Open cerebrovascular surgery, including aneurysm clipping
• Collaboration with stroke, neurocritical care, neurointerventional, ENT, and trauma teams
• Unified neurosurgery call coverage with established escalation pathways
• Potential participation in cranial and trauma call at Sutter Roseville Medical Center
