Job summary

i4 Dental Lab is seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our laboratory team. You will fabricate high-quality aesthetic restorations, including porcelain crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations, with strong shade matching and morphology skills.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on ceramic work, familiarity with 3Shape and exocad, and a CDT in Ceramics is a strong plus. We value precision, dental anatomy knowledge, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on dental ceramic and porcelain layering in a commercial lab.
• CDT in Ceramics is a strong plus, or equivalent bench experience.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, shade guides (Vita Classical, 3D-Master).
• Proficient with digital workflows (3Shape, exocad, Roland/vhf milling).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate porcelain crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and implant restorations.
• Shade matching, internal/external characterization, morphology adjustments per prescriptions.
• Work with e.max lithium disilicate, zirconia, feldspathic porcelain, PFM.
• Inspect CAD/CAM milled copings and frameworks; post-milling contouring and layering.
• Ensure occlusion, marginal integrity, contacts, and shade accuracy before QC.
• Maintain furnaces, benches, powders, stains, glazes; manage inventory.
