Job summary

Ema is building a world-class AI platform and seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO in Mountain View, CA. You will translate the CEO's vision across Sales, Product, and operations, acting as the connective tissue among EPD, GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, and the Board.

This senior role requires prior leadership in strategy or GTM at a fast-growing tech company, plus an MBA and deep experience with executive-level program management. This is a high-visibility position with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience, including senior strategy or GTM leadership at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience in a Founder's Office, Strategy & Ops, or Chief of Staff role at scale.
• MBA from a top-tier institution; proven ability to lead across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO's strategic right hand, owning priorities and driving governance.
• Lead quarterly planning, board prep, OKR tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate investor communications, corporate strategy, and GTM initiatives across orgs.
