You will track progress, coordinate across teams, and drive urgent business issues to resolution, balancing ambiguity and fast timelines while working with senior leadership. This role is remote, but based in Germany and requires strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High-ownership business generalist with execution discipline.
• Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator.
• Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects.
• Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.
• Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them.
• Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
