The President & Chief Executive Officer will lead strategic direction, oversee product lines and services, and build relationships with members and law enforcement to advance the organization’s mission.

The role demands agile leadership, executive communication, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders while driving innovation and industry

Competenze

• Proven leadership of a nationwide organization.
• Experience with data, analytics, and technology.
• CEO/leadership succession planning experience required.
• P&C insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

• Maintain NICB’s long history of providing value to its insurance company members, law enforcement, and the public.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of NICB’s products, services, and initiatives, and its senior leadership and staff, driving measurable increases in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead comprehensive strategic and operational planning, in close collaboration with the Board of Governors and member companies, with ROI metrics.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with member companies, law enforcement, stakeholders, and partners at the executive level.
• Set strategies to proactively seek new member and stakeholder relationships amid industry and technology transformation.
• Identify gaps in capabilities and drive innovations using data, analytics, and technology.
