Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. CEO Communications Director to partner with the CEO and lead a comprehensive, high-impact communications program from Austin, TX.

This role will shape thought leadership, align messaging, and manage executive communications across internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in executive communications, a proven record with C‑suite support, and exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across formats.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in executive or corporate communications, with substantial C-suite support
• Proven track record managing CEO/senior executive comms in matrixed organizations
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across formats and audiences
• Proficient in using AI tools to scale communications deliverables
• Ability to internalize and represent an executive's voice with discretion

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a consistent CEO voice across channels.
• Author and edit CEO-attributed content: speeches, op-eds, talking points, internal comms.
• Own CEO presence at events, including video, visuals, and staging.
• Oversee CEO speaking platform, manage opportunities and prep materials.
• Ensure alignment of CEO communications across internal, external, and industry audiences.
• Anticipate narrative needs around milestones; develop forward-looking messaging.
