Our client, a private equity-backed consumer services business with a multi-unit footprint, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer. The company delivers a consultative, high-value product and service experience with a loyal customer base and attractive unit economics. Reporting to the board of directors, the CEO will lead the senior leadership team with full accountability for strategy, P&L performance and execution of the value creation plan. Key priorities include driving operational efficiency, strengthening location productivity and building a consistent, multi-channel customer acquisition engine. The ideal candidate will bring a strategy consulting background paired with private equity exposure.
