Qualifications

• Knowledge of the gymnastics industry and child gymnastics programs.
• Gymnastics qualifications required.
• Customer focused approach with strong service standards.
• Financial management and sales acumen for growth.
• Community-focused attitude with safety and compliance awareness.
• WWCC and Police Check required upon onboarding.
• Senior First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the venue operates efficiently and profitably.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to participants and parents.
• Achieve or exceed budgets and membership KPIs.
• Plan and mentor staff to promote a positive culture.
• Coordinate weekend/weekday hours to fit timetable.
• Lead localised marketing and community outreach.
• Recruit, train and onboard staff.
