About MultiCare's Access Center
The Centralized Access Team provides excellent patient care and develops employees' healthcare skills, including those without previous healthcare experience. Our leadership and training team focus on your success during your career here at MultiCare. We encourage all individuals with the desire to grow and serve our patients and community to apply.
The Centralized Patient Access Representative II handles inbound calls and manages referrals for our specialty clinics, including MultiCare Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physiatry, Neurology, Dermatology, Nephrology, Endocrinology and Diabetes Education, Pulmonary, OB/GYN, and Sleep Medicine clinics. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills and demonstrates efficiency with attention to detail. Reliable attendance and adaptability are key to supporting our team, patients, and clinic partners.
FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Monday - Friday
Position Summary
The Centralized Patient Access Representative II (CPAR-II) assists new and existing patients with scheduling appointments, communicates with the care team, and provides information about their care. Creating an outstanding patient experience through professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm is a priority.
CPARs are equipped to work in a fast-paced environment, using various computer systems to complete complex tasks for patients, providers, and multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, drive, and a love for the community. The CPAR II role supports multiple medical specialty practice locations and is the second level in a 4-tiered job family.
