• Ensure accuracy with classifying GLs on orders.
• Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
• Perform all duties regarding the sourcing of goods for clients.
• Compare data provided by multiple vendors to determine best proposal.
• Working with contract team as needed for contract related procurement issues.
• Managing daily queue of sourcing requests from direct email and task management workflow.
• Ensuring timely completion of requests.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
