Job summary

This position will verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments. The Clerk is further accountable for unpacking and examining incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and notifies Purchasing of any damage and shortages. This position receives requests for supplies and distributes to appropriate departments.**II. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** a.
