Job summary

Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion, IA is seeking a motivated Central Sterile Technician to join our Surgery Team. This is a full-time role with travel between Clarion and Belmond locations, and shifts Monday through Friday; hours can be 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and compliance with infection-control standards including bloodborne pathogens and PHI.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens, cleaning and chemical agents and PHI.
