Kincellis Advanced Therapies is seeking a Central Services Technician I to join our team. The role focuses on facility cleaning, material kitting, and transfers with an emphasis on right-the-first-time execution to support cGMP operations.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, operating central services equipment (cleaning systems, biosafety cabinets, mixers, autoclaves, washers, balances), and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a GMP facility preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must lift to 25 lbs minimum.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a lean, action-oriented organization.
• Flexible, self-motivated, able to work independently and cross-functionally.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Kincellis Advanced Therapies is a rapidly growing cell therapy CDMO and a leading partner for the pharmaceutical industry in the development and manufacturing of new treatments for patients worldwide. We are searching for a Central Services Technician, I to join our team! The Role

• Execution of facility cleaning, material kitting, and material transfers on a day-to-day basis and a focus on proactive 'right the first time' executions.
• Documentation of all activities to meet cGMP requirements.
• Proven ability to utilize central services processing equipment according to established SOPs. This equipment includes but is not limited to cleaning systems, biological safety cabinets, various mixers, autoclaves, washers, and balances/scales.
• Help to identify and support the implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities and identify waste within work processes.
• Identify Cost Savings projects and/or initiatives.
• Adhere to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates, and quality requirements.
• Review daily GMP documentation for accuracy and completeness (logbooks, batch records, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

The Candidate

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a GMP facility preferred (will consider reduced experience with increased levels of education in applicable discipline).
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. minimum.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a lean, action-oriented organization and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
