POSITION: Central Registration Registrar
LOCATION: Birch Hill Elementary School
WORK YEAR: Schedule I - Full Time
STARTING: Full Year - 260 Days
SALARY RANGE: $20.37 per hour
Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of three years experience as a guidance secretary or administrative assistant or equivalent work experience in a high school or guidance office. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Student Information Database management systems such as Aspen X2 and Naviance.Familiarity with the NH Department of Education enrollment reporting processes preferred. Must be able to assume assignments with a high degree of self-direction.
This position will support both high schools and be responsible for managing all student transcript data, records and registration. Primary point of contact for potential students, parents and outside agencies and processes all new student registrations and withdrawals. Assists other secretaries in management and ordering of diplomas. Utilizes resources to translate, interpret and process International diplomas. Reviews requests made by Social Security, law enforcement, armed services and employment agencies.
