This role offers the chance to influence the firm’s growth, originating senior bridge loans across markets while maintaining close relationships with brokers and borrowers.

The ideal candidate will have 7–15 years of CRE debt origination experience, a solid production track record, and the ability to assess deals effectively. Qualifications

• 7–15 years of CRE debt origination experience.
• Demonstrated production track record in sourcing, structuring, and closing deals.
• Deep knowledge of various property types in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through broker and direct sponsor relationships.
• Evaluate incoming deal submissions based on lending criteria.
• Lead the full loan cycle from origination to closing.
• Conduct regular broker and borrower visits in the territory.
