Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Production Worker I - Central Kitchen at Bradley Medical Center in Cleveland, TN. This full-time role offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour with an open weekday schedule and some weekend shifts; nights are not required.

You will prepare quality food for patients and staff, following standardized recipes and production sheets, and you will operate and clean equipment while maintaining safety standards per HACCP guidelines.

• Prepares patient and retail menu items on production sheets, following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per departmental procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
• Complies with HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and retail menu items on production sheets, following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and uses daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per departmental procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
• Communicates any patient- or customer-related problems to appropriate personnel.
