Tessera is hiring a Stock Clerk at Fort Hood Central Issue Facility (CIF) in Texas for a full-time, day shift position. The role includes turn-in, issue, customer service, and inventory tasks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Turn-In: receives equipment from customer and documents condition.
• Issue: distribute equipment and document worksheets with size/quantity.
• Customer Service: support customers, manage appointments, ensure quality service.
• Direct Exchange: process exchange transactions and document properly.
• Maintain Workstation/Back Stock Area and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Inventory: assist monthly counts and proper documentation.
• DRMO & Classification: classify equipment and maintain accountability.
• Barcode Scanning System: process items with barcode device.
• IOTV: assemble/disassemble body armor and issue as required.
