Job summary

Genoa Healthcare in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support dispensing prescriptions and clerical duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST, with location at 68 Cumberland St., Woonsocket, RI 02895 and additional MA sites. The role offers benefits and a path within UnitedHealth Group's Genoa division.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Rhode Island.
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions using large machines and enter data to inventory records.
• Receive, store, and process wholesaler medication orders.
• Assist pharmacist with pharmacy functions and compliance with regulations.
• Perform clerical duties within the department.
• Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing.
