Job summary

Qualifications

• Arizona Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions manually as needed.
• Verify attributes of the product such as size, strength, quantity before processing orders.
• Enter or scan expiration date and lot numbers.
• Ensure labels on prescriptions are correct.
• Prepare packages, sort, and manifest prescription orders if needed.
• Stock and rotate merchandise and supplies to limit shrinkage.
• Assist Inventory Technicians and participate in Inventory Audits.
• Create and maintain documentation as requested.
• Monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting and packaging devices; troubleshoot obvious issues.
