Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to oversee dispensing operations in our Cleveland, TN site. You will supervise technicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and maintain high accuracy in the dispensing process while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a pharmacy degree, active license, and leadership experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy policies. Prior store pharmacy experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and 2+ years in customer service delivery or equivalent.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct dispensing process and oversee related record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient/store complaints with documentation.
• Assist in inventory management and drug file maintenance.
• Participate in policy and procedure reviews and updates.
• Coordinate with central management on operational issues and improvements.
• Provide orientation and training to pharmacists and associates.
• Lead supervisors, leads, and customer service representatives.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
• Coach and evaluate direct reports; conduct performance reviews.

Job description

Direct technicians in the areas of workflow, scheduling, accuracy and the dispensing process. Ensure the highest quality and accuracy in delivering patient prescriptions is maintained throughout the customer experience and interaction with the pharmacy. Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee the dispensing process and associated record-keeping activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer/store complaints, including appropriate applicable documentation
• Assist in managing inventory and drug file maintenance
• Participate in periodic review and update of policies and procedures
• Communicate with the Central Fill general manager, Central Fill pharmacy manager and system administrator regarding any operational issues, suggestions and/or repairs
• Participate in the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associates
• Provide leadership and direction to supervisors, leads and customer service representatives
• Ensure patient information is handled in a HIPAA compliant manner
• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
• May be required to obtain pharmacist licensure in additional states based on business need and regulatory requirements
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum

• Bachelor's Degree pharmacy degree, plus 2 years experience in customer service delivery or equivalent combination of education and experience
