Centra Credit Union is seeking a CFS Support Specialist at our Columbus, IN location. The role provides administrative support, facilitating and managing sales and marketing activities for multiple Investment Consultants while delivering strong Member and Team Member service by phone and email.

The position emphasizes coordination of marketing campaigns, event support, and compliance with partner organizations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate calendars, schedule events, and prepare CFS documents for Investment Consultants.
• Provide Member and Team Member service by phone and email; greet visitors and route correspondence.
• Support marketing campaigns for CFS and partner with Marketing; ensure compliance with Broker Dealer and Centra Marketing.
• Coordinate marketing activities: campaigns, lobby days, direct mail, seminars, digital media, newsletters; assist at events.
• Collect and record Member service survey data and support reporting needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Centra technology resources and Centra intranet and social media updates.
• Assist in development and marketing of seminars and coordinate logistics for meetings.
• Provide backup assistance for work within CFS Appraisal Management.

Centra has an exciting opportunity for a Centra Financial Services (CFS) Support Specialist position at our Washington Street location in Columbus, Indiana. The Centra Financial Services (CFS) Support Specialist provides administrative support and is responsible for facilitating and managing sales and marketing activities for multiple Investment Consultants.

The starting wage for this opportunity is $24.42 per hour. Hourly compensation is just one part of our total rewards approach. Essential Functions: This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.

• Assists Investment Consultants administratively coordinating calendars, scheduling events, and preparing CFS documents. Provides Member and Team Member service by telephone and email, greets visitors, receives incoming correspondence and distributes to the appropriate Team Member.
• Assists Investments Consultants on marketing campaigns for CFS and partners with Marketing department for best exposure and resources. Collaborates with Broker Dealer and Centra Marketing and understands compliance requirements of both organizations.
• Performs on-going marketing efforts which include coordinating marketing campaigns, lobby days, direct mail, seminars, advertisements, digital media, newsletter articles, and any other marketing activities assigned to grow CFS business. Attends various events for set up and assistance. This includes coordinating with branches to ensure marketing materials are current and supply needs are met.
• Collects and records Member service survey information for reporting and will be assigned additional reporting creation and distribution duties as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable technology resources and software needed for the role including digital technology for updates on Centra intranet and social media for Investment Consultants.
• Assists in the development and marketing of seminars held by the Investment Consultants. Prepares material and coordinates meeting logistics for Team Members on CFS products and services.
• Provides regular backup assistance for work within CFS Appraisal Management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - (EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED):

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
