Job summary

Rocky Mountain Twist is hiring a Centerless Machine Operator to join our production team. This full-time, benefit-eligible role includes training with guaranteed pay increases during the initial training phase and opportunities for career advancement.

The position requires reading orders, setting up machine parameters, inspecting parts for quality, basic maintenance, loading stock, and maintaining a clean work area. Swing and graveyard shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or HiSet required.
• Lift up to 35 pounds routinely.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job orders to determine machine settings.
• Set up machine parameters for production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
• Weigh and measure parts and load stock as required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist in department as needed.

As a result of heightened production demand, RMT is excited to announce immediate openings for our Centerless Machine Operator position. The Centerless Machine Operator position represents a full- time, benefit-eligible opportunity. RMT has a dedicated training staff for this position. During the training phase, guaranteed pay increases will be provided based on your progress. This role also offers ongoing training possibilities and the potential for career advancement.
