Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, in Burleson, TX, seeks a center operations supervisor to oversee production staff, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth donor flow while maintaining compliance and safety.

You will work with donors to address concerns, drive inventory control, and participate in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks, supporting our mission to provide life-changing therapies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must walk/stand entire shift.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; glove use required.

About the role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

How you will contribute

• You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
• You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• You will work with donors to resolve concerns
• You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

What you bring to Takeda

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance

Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $22.80 - $31.35
