Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a supervisor in Hillsborough, NJ to oversee day-to-day center operations and ensure efficient plasma collections in a safe, compliant environment. You will lead shifts, provide instruction, conduct meetings, manage performance, assist with recruitment, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements to deliver high-quality donor care.

• May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention

The expected base pay for this position at hiring is $26.82/hour - $29.27/hour. Please note this wage range reflects what CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base pay for a successful candidate within this range is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
