Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Arlington, TX seeks a Center Supervisor to oversee production-area staff, ensure staffing and performance standards, and coordinate scheduling. The role reports to the Center Manager and emphasizes safety, donor care, and efficient operations.

You will lead inventory control and support Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing, while promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced environment.

The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. How you will contribute: You will oversee employee performance and scheduling You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts You will work with donors to resolve concerns You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts. U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$22.80 - $31.35
