Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, retail, food service or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in natural and organic grocery products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain accurate pricing throughout Center Store areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shopper ready aisles, displays, and backroom spaces.
• Assist customers with product questions, item location support, and friendly service.
• Operate point of sale systems, cashier, bag, and support carry out assistance when needed.
• Support merchandising, promotional displays, and seasonal transitions.
• Follow food safety, inventory handling, and operational standards consistently.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support overall store operations.

What You Will Do
