Job summary

The GIANT Company in West Chester, PA is hiring a backroom team member responsible for unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats and shelves, and preparing stock for display. You will work with backstock on non-delivery days and help keep the store organized and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet performance standards and maintain regular attendance.
• Able to use or learn equipment and tools used for stocking.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock products on shelves.
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock.
• Prepare mass or end displays and rotate products as directed by management.
• Remove out-of-code items and manage carton/bale disposal where needed.
