Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Center Store Inventory Associate to manage shelf stock and maintain optimal in-store levels. You will work with store leadership to plan replenishment during events, holidays, and promotions, ensuring products are available and properly displayed.

You will train colleagues, monitor CAO-based replenishment, and support budget objectives while prioritizing safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of store operations preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain Center Store product levels using CAO.
• Train, coach, and influence associates to grow sales and reduce shrink.
• Coordinate with schedule writers to align replenishment activities.
• Prioritize daily workload to ensure variety and stock.
• Support in-stock service levels across Grocery, HBC, and DSD.
