Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reinforces Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all Third Shift associates.
• Trains new Third Shift Center Store associates.
• Documents violations of company policies and conducts progressive disciplinary actions.
• Answers questions and provides guidance to all Third Shift associates.
• Maintains department standards in Grocery and related categories.
• Oversees sanitation within the Third Shift department.
• Provides customer service to guests and assists with finding items.
• Communicates with leadership to maintain standards and guest satisfaction.
