Casey’s in Stromsburg, NE is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the team, training and guiding members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, audits, invoices, and vendor check-ins, with oversight from the Store Manager, and participate in leadership duties across shifts.

Starting pay range: $18.00 - $20.70 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities for growth within Casey’s.

Responsabilités

• Lead and empower center store team, driving accountability.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure task completion.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
