You will oversee inventory accuracy, audits, invoicing, and vendor check-ins to ensure product availability and financial integrity, while maintaining a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities, ensuring daily task completion.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and manage inventory.
• Complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
