The Save Mart Companies is recruiting for a Center Store Manager in Fresno to lead day-to-day operations and merchandising for the Center Store Department, including back room, shelving, and pricing to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise Center Store associates, train and develop staff, and drive department performance to improve store results. Forklift certified and availability for varied retail hours are required.

We are currently recruiting for the position of:

The Center Store Manager ensures that our customers’ needs are met and exceeded through effective day-to-day management of the operations and merchandising functions for the Center Store Department. This position oversees Center Store product and conditions to optimize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction (including back room and steel/shelving and conditions, inventory, schematics, and pricing).

The Center Store Manager provides leadership and direction to Center Store associates to promote a culture reflective of Lucky's mission statement and winning behaviors. This position trains and develops associates to enable their success and ability to advance in their careers. The Center Store Manager manages department performance and productivity to optimize store performance.

Hiring pay range: $33.41 - 35.08

Education: Two-year college degree (orequivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, oradditional job experience)

Experience: Completion of Assistant Center Store Managerrotation – or - two years equivalent management experience – or - in current Bakery Department Manager or Meat Department Manager or Produce DepartmentManager role

Other:Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours; mustbe forklift certified

Physical:Requires standing and other physical movements on a frequentbasis. Requires lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance
